Life Safety Upgrades
Princeton Engineering Services was the Prime Design Professional for the DPMC Project at Ocean Residential Community Home. The scope of work generally consisted of new double-interlock, pre-action system Fire Suppression System serving the entire building, and dry-type system serving the entire attic space, walk-in cooler and select spaces on the first floor. The existing Kitchen Hood was provided with a new Ansul Fire Suppression System to replace existing, and tied to a new Fire Alarm System.
The new Fire Alarm System serves the entire building, and consists of new Fire Alarm Control Panel, Remote Annunciators, smoke, heat & CO detectors, and tie-in to new Kitchen Ansul System and Double-Interlock Pre-Action Fire Suppression Systems.
