Room Conversion into a Principals Office

Princeton Engineering Services, PC (PES) providing design and engineering services to convert/upgrade existing rooms 205 & 205A into a new Main Office & Principal’s Office

The building was constructed in 1923 and is a reinforced concrete and steel building. K161 is approximately 78,000 square feet in area and it serves grades 01 to 05 and SE. There is an available Certificate of Occupancy for this School Building at the DOB website. Only one school is in this building.

Rooms 205 & 205A are located at the center of the school along Crown Street and currently serve as a Main Office and Principal’s Office. The school requested that this space to be outfitted with new computers, screens, counter space, cubicles, furniture, filing cabinets, display boards, new flooring and new paint.
